Returns / Exchange (Store Policy)
Unused frames and sunglasses in original condition, with bill and tags/packaging intact, may be exchanged within 1 day, as per our in-store policy.
Custom-made or specially configured products are generally non-returnable, except where required under applicable law.
Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, apply to eligible defects as per brand terms and conditions.
Delivery
Local delivery is available for selected orders and areas, based on store confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on product type, availability and any customisation; indicative timelines are shared at the time of order.
